Hershel A. Strother II | Executive Summary

As the Founder of Ultimate Achiever, Hershel A. Strother II is responsible for running all facets of the business. Hershel has a proven executive management track record and over 10 years of experience driving sales growth in multiple industries. Prior to starting Ultimate Achiever, Hershel was Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Sign-N-Deliver Signing Services, responsible for all North America sales and marketing activities. At Sign-N-Deliver he led the transformation of a start-up to a viable company growing sales 50% year over year. Hershel also served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sign Sealed Delivered Signing Service and was recognized in the mortgage community as one of the top agencies for traveling Notary Publics and Attorney’s in 2000. He also has served 5+ years as the Vice-Chairman over Finance for Shield of Faith Ministries. Hershel serves on the board of directors of American Dream Project, Inc. which is responsible for social service programs throughout California communities. Hershel has also been responsible for negotiating multiple collective bargaining agreements for some of the largest unions in the United States. He earned multiple certifications in real estate, contract negotiations, and HR-labor relations from accredited California Universities.
